Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Quality control testing: Antibody Reactive Against Synthetic Peptide.
Product type: Primary antibodies
Host species: Rabbit
Antigen species / target species: Human,Mouse,Rat
Reactivity: Clawed frog,Dog,Human,Mouse,Rat,Zebra fish
Application image: PAB9613-47-91-1.jpg
Application image note: Western blot of rat cortex lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~120k Taok2 phosphorylated at Ser181 (Control). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambda-Ptase). The blot is identical to the control except that it was incubated in lambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Taok2 (phospho S181) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB9613). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase.
Applications: WB-Ti
Shipping condition: Dry Ice
Publications: Isolation of the protein kinase TAO2 and identification of its mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase binding domain.Chen Z, Hutchison M, Cobb MH.
