Quality control testing:	Unlabeled antibody was varified with ELISA and western blot. ELISA analysis involved plates coated with peptide conjugated to carrier protein and HRP-labeled goat anti-chicken IgY at 1:10,000 dilution. Under these conditions, the unlabelled chicken anti-HA antibodies (1:10,000 dilution) produced an optical density of >1.0 in 15 minutes. In western blot, the unlabeled antibody at 1:1,000 dilution gave a prominent band with HRP-labeled goat anti-chicken IgY at 1:10,000 dilution.
