| Application image note: | Western blot using CCL20 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB16925) shows detection of a band ~26 KDa in size corresponding to recombinant human CCL20 (Lane 1). The identity of thelower molecular weight band is unknown. After transfer, the membrane was blocked overnightwith 3% BSA in TBS followed by reaction with primary antibody at a 1 : 1,000 dilution. Detection occurred using peroxidase conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody diluted 1 : 40,000 inblocking buffer for 30 min at RT followed by reaction with Femto Max⢠chemiluminescent substrate. Image was captured using Versa Doc⢠MP 4000 imaging system (Bio-Rad). |
