| Specificity: | This antibody recognizes human CD210, a 90-110kD glycoprotein, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor (IL-10R). CD210 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low. Recent work has reported an increase in intracellular expression of CD210 during dendritic cell maturation, but a reduction in surface CD210 expression (3). This clone is reported to function as a blocking antibody. Due to low expression of CD210, sensitive staining techniques may be required. |
